DHP was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in April of 2004 for the
purpose of acquiring and renovating commercial real estate of historic significance. Our Executive Team has decades of management
and business experience and is well rounded in its experience and exposure to business issues from small business start up
ventures through managing billion dollar business case implementations, and has demonstrated sound financial management. The DHP investment strategy is to procure buildings that have regional historic importance within a recognized
historical district. This strategy allows DHP to take advantage of Federal tax credits, grants, building improvements matching
funding programs and low interest loans. These programs make it possible for DHP to invest substantially with its own funds
in the renovations of these buildings while maintaining a reasonable cash flow for its investors. The renovations are
designed to make these historic spaces aesthectically pleasing, functional, and affordable, so that they become among the
most desireable rental space in their respective markets. As DHP works to restore acquired properties, we also work closely with representatives
of the local government and business community to leverage our expertise in business development to create more economic interest
in the local area. Our executive team actively markets our investment communities to national retail chains and
corporations in an effort to convince them to have a local presence and provides economic benefit.
