Commercial Store Fronts-We currently have a wonderful commercial space available. The space is approximately 1,500 square feet with two entrances that face 13th Street and the largest municipal parking lot in downtown Franklin in the rear. This is a highly trafficked area. Residential Apartments-We have finished several brand-new 2 bedroom apartments with 1 1/2 baths and washer/dryer connections that will rent for $850 a month. The monthly rent includes the cost of central air conditioning and heat paid for by the landlord. They are, of course, in the heart of all downtown shopping and events. Commercial Office Space-The Liberty building is the tallest office building in Venango County and is a 60 second walk from the Courthouse and all of Franklin’s downtown stores and restaurants. There is a municipal parking lot behind the building. We have recently installed an entirely new OTIS elevator plant to make what was the “slowest elevator in NW PA” a real time saver. We have renovated the building lobby and it now has its original early 1900's charm with tin ceilings and period lighting.
